Did this as a middling warmup drawing before Wolfie's stream last night, since the original illustration this is a continuation of was on my mind following the comments stream I held last week. I'd been meaning to expand on the story a little further for a while now, so the start of a diapers and babyfur stream seemed appropriate.

Here's the poor lil ottermomma having a second bout of filling her suddenly extra thick panties. In between her little grunts of desperation and the waves of relief from her bowels squeezing the warm, stinky mush into her big, soft, comforting nappy, she starts to wonder...
