A Frank Discussion With Chili

Figures that one of the most intense things I've drawn would be given such an unassuming title.. I feel like it adds to it, but anyway.

Yeah. This one was a doozy.

I've been talking to myself this way for a very long time now, all while grappling with my more sexual and indulgent wants and needs. I suppose that once I gave her a voice, it was gonna manifest in some way, and this was it. The idea came to me prior to streaming that night, and although it's not a sexy, fun thing that you might have been expecting with her debut, it's definitely in character for.. Well, the both of us. So I had to make it, and let those feelings of internal conflict out at long last.

There are a few subtleties in there, despite its intensity, that convey a lot of the nuance in the feelings contained within. I would usually talk about them, but this time I feel like I'd rather let it speak for itself and see what folks glean from it instead.

With all that said, I have a feeling that things will continue to improve from here on out. 💖

You did a fantastic job on the expressions here, and what you’re going through with this is not something you’re alone in. I hope that you can use this part of yourself to improve in the ways you want 💜

Thank you dear 💝 I’d already been having these internal “talks” quite often so it makes sense that personifying the two sides can help comb through exactly what it is that’s going on.

Chili looks threatening here, but who exactly is the “culprit” and “victim” isn’t quite so straightforward to suss out.
