I wanted to make a short status update cause of the small dip in activity on the site following a pretty good run at the end of last month. Following the CFz streams, I managed to squeeze in a little more commission work but things got very busy elsewhere and with tax season looming, I had to shift focus elsewhere rather suddenly.

Lucky for me, none of it was particularly stressful thanks to my experience with it and early planning from last year, and I got a decent refund from what I'd set aside for the payment I might've had to make. That said, it still pretty much took the wind out of my sails and I'm hoping to pick things up again soon - especially given my commission backlog.

On that note, I have a lot of WIPs to upload, but also need to prioritize getting them done ASAP. I might put some stuff up in a post later or before the stream I have planned on Thursday to catch up on pending work.

I'm honestly not posting this out of guilt; I'm just excited to get to some new projects out and I get very impatient and frustrated very fast when things slow down while I'm motivated to work. I'm hoping that posting about this will get it out of my system and help me reset and refocus my efforts a little bit quicker.
