This was a commission that my dear friend Dal requested a long time ago; leaving it up to me to decide what to illustrate from some of our recent experiences together. A lot happened between her submitting it and me finally getting around to it and, perhaps unsurprisingly, the time associated with this scene was what stuck with me the hardest.

She said that I could embellish it as I saw fit, and while she didn't really draw quite as much blood as that, this is a lot closer to how it went down than one might expect. I've still got some bruises and scars from her, which I wear quite proudly.

Ever since opening this door, I've found myself to be a lot more prey-coded than I thought. I'm told that I have this effect on people - that I taste good and that I'm apparently irresistibly tempting to bite and harm? Kinda wild to me, but I'm certainly not complaining.

I'm really quite proud of the expressions and body language in this. While I usually leave such details unspoken for folks to pick up on themselves, you may notice there's a little bit of Flake coming through me here, too.
